1. block left TE
2. hotroute the right TE to a streak
3. motion the slot WR to the other side of the line
4. hike in motion as the slot WR passes the TE

*NOTE* on this play I like to audible out of PA by blocking the HB , this play will burn man if you lead the post to the sideline
